         Das Bauvorhaben Ludlstraße mit einer Grundstücksfläche von gesamt 29 897 m2 wird in 3 Bauabschnittenrealisiert (1. + 2. BA wird zeitgleich erfolgen).

         Nach erfolgtem Abbruch werden die Grundstücke ab Mitte 2017 in 3 Bauabschnitten mit Wohngebäuden,Tiefgarage und div. Sozialnutzungen nach § 34 BauGB neu bebaut. Das Bebauungsgebiet liegt auf den Grundstücken Ludlstraße 1-43, 2-16 und Senftenauerstraße 1-13.

         Es sollen 2 KiTa, ein Familien- und Beratungszentrum, eine ambulant betreute Wohngemeinschaft,Künstlerateliers, ein Mehrgenerationenhaus, ein Quartierstreff, ca. 370 Wohneinheiten (freifinanziert, MMM,KomProA und B) und eine Tiefgarage (260 Stellplätzen) errichtet werden.

         Sieht sich ein am Auftrag interessiertes Unternehmen durch die Nichtbeachtung von Vergabevorschriften in seinen Rechten verletzt, ist der Verstoß innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen gegenüber dem Auftraggeber zu rügen (§160 Abs. 3 Nr. 1 GWB). Verstöße, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung oder der Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, müssen spätestens bis zu der in der Bekanntmachung genannten Frist zur Bewerbung oder zur Angebotsabgabe gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden (§ 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 2 und 3 GWB).
