         Der Neubau der Fachinformationsstelle wird zweigeschossig erstellt. Das erste und zweite Geschoss wird in Massivbauweise ausgeführt, das Dach und die Technikzentrale auf dem

         Dach als Stahlbau.

         Die Bodenplatte im EG und der Estrich Technikzentrale werden bituminös abgeklebt. Das Dachtragwerk über dem 1. OG und der Technikzentrale wird in Trapezblech durch den Stahlbauer belegt. Es wird eine bituminöse Abdichtung auf Gefälledämmung ausgeführt.

         Die Aussenwände der Technikzentrale werden mit Stahl-Sandwichelementen erstellt.

         Angabe der Hauptmassen:

         — Dachabdichtung ca. 1 200 m2,

         — Isowände Technikzentrale ca. 300 m2,

         — Abklebung Bodenplatte + Estrich ca. 1 200 m2.
