         Es handelt sich um einen 9-geschossigen Rohbau (es gelten die Hochhausrichtlinien), der im Erdgeschoss die Abmessungen ca. 35 x 25 m hat, sowie Gebäudekantenlängen ab dem 1. Obergeschoss von 35 x 14 m. Es ist eine Dachfläche von rund 450 qm zu dämmen (Gefälledämmung) und abzudichten sowie mit einer Kiesschüttung zu versehen.

         Die Attika ist mit einem Aluminiumabdeckung (ca.100 m) auszuführen. Die zwei Terrassen im 1.Obergeschoss haben insgesamt eine Fläche von knapp 500 qm. Diese sind ebenfalls zu dämmen (Gefälledämmung), abzudichten und mit einem Pflasterbelag im Splittbett auszuführen sowie mit Entwässerungsrinnen auszustatten.
