         Neuerrichtung eines Gebäudeautomationsystems auf Basis des BACnet-Datenkommunikationsprotokolls zur Steuerung, Regelung und Optimierung der Anlagen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung, bestehend aus: 7 Informationsschwerpunkten (3 x Lüftung, 2 x Heizung, 2 x Kälte), zertifizierten BACnet-Automationsstationen (AMEV B) mit Erfüllung der Nutzeranforderungen gemäß dem Lastenheft der Gebäudeautomation, 4.041 Ein-/Ausgabe- und 821 komplexen GA-Funktionen, Feldgeräten, Schaltschränken, Kabeln, Leitungen und Verlegesystemen, kommunikativen Aufschaltungen auf eine bestehende Managementebene der Gebäudeautomation der Württembergischen Staatstheater und Erweiterung dieser um ca. 154 neue Anlagengrafiken und 4.265 Visualisierungen mit dynamische Einblendungen. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von „Instandhaltungsleistungen“ Gegenstand des Verfahrens. Bieter sowie deren Nach- und Verleihunternehmer haben mit Angebotsabgabe die einschlägigen Verpflichtungserklärungen nach § 5 LTMG, einsehbar unter „https://rp.baden-wuerttemberg.de/Themen/Wirtschaft/Tariftreue/Seiten/Mustererklaerungen.aspx“, abzugeben.
