      2. Lodging of appeals
         

         Hinweis zur Geltendmachung von Vergaberechtsverstößen vor der Vergabekammer:

         Die Vergabestelle weist darauf hin, dass ein Nachprüfungsantrag nur zulässig ist, soweit:

         – der Antragsteller den gerügten Verstoß gegen Vergabevorschriften im Vergabeverfahren erkannt und gegenüber der Vergabestelle unverzüglich, spätestens innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach Erkennen, gerügt hat,

         – Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung erkennbar sind, spätestens bis zum Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung benannten Frist zur Abgabe des Angebotes gegenüber der Vergabestelle gerügt hat,

         – Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die erst in den Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, spätestens mit Ablauf der in den Vergabeunterlagen benannten Frist zur Angebotsabgabe gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden,

         – der Antrag auf Einleitung eines Nachprüfungsverfahrens innerhalb von 15 Kalendertagen nach Eingang der Mitteilung der Vergabestelle, einer Rüge nicht abhelfen zu wollen, gestellt wird.
