         Abbruch- und Entsorgungsarbeiten

         1) Entkernung, Abbruch und Entsorgung eines 4- geschossigen Gebäudes: UR: 9 000,00 m³, (In Vorbereitung der Abbrucharbeiten wird eine PAK-Sanierung einer ca. 400 m2 Bodenplatte durchgeführt)

         2) Baufeldfreimachung (Arbeiten im Umfeld des Abbruchgebäudes), u.a.:

         — Auffüllung D i.M. 70 cm abbrechen und fachgerecht verwerten: 875 m³,

         — Betonfläche inkl. Unterbau, abbrechen und fachgerecht verwerten: 480 m2,

         — Boden modellieren: 1 000 m³,

         — Mauer Sandstein abbrechen, Höhe 1,20 m, Tiefe: 45 cm: 15 m,

         — Rasenflächen anlegen: 100 m2.

         3) Abbruch vorhandener Medien im Baufeld KTI - Schmutz- und Regenwasserkanäle bis DN 200: 200 lfd. m einschl. Erdarbeiten (bis 3,5 m tief),

         — Abbruch von Schachtbauwerken DN 1000: 12 St. einschl. Erdarbeiten (bis 3,5 m tief),

         — Trinkwasserleitungen bis DN 100: 110 m einschl. 1 St. Überflurhydrant und Erdarbeiten,

         — Heizkanal aus Betonelementen bis DN 1200 mit bis zu 6 Rohren (Umhüllungen schadstoffbelastet): 75 lfd. m einschl. Erdarbeiten,

         — Abbruch von Schachtbauwerken bis DN 2000: 4 St. einschl. Erdarbeiten, FM- und ELT-Kabel bzw. Kabelbündel: 550 lfd. m einschl. Erdarbeiten,
