         Die Karl Schubert Schule Leipzig, Freie Walddorfschule e. V. plant den Neubau eines Schulgebäudes und eines Schulrestaurants. DasSchulgebäude ist freistehend und wird 2-geschossig in Massivbauweise errichtet. Die Ausführung erfolgt in Massivbauweise. Die Maximalausdehnung des Gebäudes beträgt in L x B ca. 69 x 57 m. Die Traufhöhe beträgt ca. 9,10 m. Das Gebäude wird über zwei Treppenhäuser mit gewendelten StB-Treppen erschlossen. Die lichten Raumhöhen des Gebäudes betragen im Rohbau ca. 4,30 m im EG sowie ca. 3,30 m im OG. Der Baukörper ist aufgegliedert und bewegt gestaltet. Im Grundriss gibt es nur wenige rechtwinklige Situationen. Die termingerechte Fertigstellung des Bauvorhabens ist für die Bauherrin deshalb von besonderer Wichtigkeit, da bei jedweder Verzögerung der Inbetriebnahme kostenintensive Interimsräumlichkeiten angemietet werden müssten.

         Das Schulrestaurant ist ebenfalls freistehend, wird jedoch in Holzbauweise erstellt. Die Ausführung erfolgt überwiegend eingeschossig.
