         GSI GmbH nutzt seit dem Jahr 1999 das SAP System mit einer Reihe von Modulen als zentrales Datenverarbeitungssystem in der Administration. Insbesondere werden die Kernkomponenten Fl, CO, PSM und MM für Finanzen, Controlling und Einkauf eingesetzt.

         Darüber hinaus finden noch weitere Module zur Projektsteuerung (PS), zum Supplier-Relationship-Management (SRM) und zum Gebäudemanagement (PM) Anwendung.

         Das System befindet sich durch die langjährige Nutzung sowie aufgrund eines fehlenden SAP Change Management Prozesses in einem Zustand, der v. a. in den Finanzmodulen FI, CO/PS und PSM eine Restrukturierung notwendig macht: sowohl Stammdaten als auch SAP-Prozesse werden einer Überarbeitung unterzogen. Dabei werden neben den genannten Modulen außerdem die NON-SAP- Systeme überarbeitet, um die Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse end-to-end zu gewährleisten. Dies wird begleitet durch verschiedene SAP-organisatorische Maßnahmen.

         Darüber hinaus soll SAP HCM Organisationsmanagement eingeführt werden, um die aktuelle IT-Systemlandschaft in diesem Thema zu schärfen: Es ist Ziel durch HCM-OM als single-point-of-truth, die Datenqualität in diesem Themenbereich sicherzustellen. Darüber hinaus sollen Schnittstellen reduziert werden.

         Für das SAP Projekt wird nun eine SAP technische Beratung gesucht. Diese soll bei der Finalisierung der Blueprint-Phase durch eine Prüfung des Soll-Konzepts (Lastenheft) im Hinblick auf die technische Umsetzbarkeit unterstützen. Danach wird eine Unterstützung durch SAP Experten in der Projektdurchführung gewünscht: Hierbei wird neben der aktiven Arbeit in der Projektumsetzung inklusive Erstellung des Pflichtenhefts ausdrücklich Wissenstransfer zu GSI/FAIR gefordert. Dies ist einerseits durch ausführliche Dokumentation der Projektergebnisse parallel zum Projektfortschritt und andererseits durch Schulung des Projektteams, der Key User und Endanwender sicherzustellen.

         Diese Leistungen werden von nachweislich fachlich und inhaltlich geeigneten Personen erbracht.
