         Die Stadt Bad Kissingen mit ihren ca. 24 000 Einwohnern liegt im Regierungsbezirk Unterfranken im Nordwesten von Bayern. Der Landkreis Bad Kissingen grenzt an das Bundesland Hessen an. Die Städte Schweinfurt, Fulda und Würzburg sind nicht weit entfernt und über die Bundesautobahnen A7 und A71 gut zu erreichen. Der Auftraggeber beauftragt den Auftragnehmer mit der Beförderung von Schülern zu den einzelnen Schulstandorten. Die Beförderung umfasst den Transport der Schüler aus den Stadtteilen Arnshausen, Albertshausen, Garitz, Hausen, Reiterswiesen, Poppenroth, Kleinbrach und Winkels zu den Grundschulen und zur Mittelschule und zurück. Zudem sind eventuelle Sonderfahrten zum Wahlpflichtunterricht (Eislaufen, Sportpark, Hallenbad, Golfplatz und Terrassen-Schwimmbad) in das Angebot einzubinden. Sowie der Transport der Ü-Klassen (Deutsch-Sprachklassen) von der Anton-Kliegl-Mittelschule zur Mittelschule Bad Bocklet und zurück.
