         Der Umbau der Gewerbefläche umfasst in Abhängigkeit der noch offenen Entscheidung, ob Separierung der Vorhandenen Nutzungszwecke oder Neuaufteilung, u. a. folgende Maßnahmen:

         — Anpassung an bereits erneuerte Fassade,

         — Beurteilung der brandschutztechnischen Situation,

         — Herstellung notwendiger neuer Trennwände,

         — Instandsetzung vorhandener Fenster,

         — Instandsetzung/Anpassung/ggf. Erneuerung der vorhandenen Elektroinstallation, sanitären Anlagen, Lüftungsinstallation.
