         Die Erzdiözese München und Freising plant den Neubau einer 2-zügigen Grundschule im MünchnerLernhauskonzept inkl. Ausgabeküche zu errichten.

         Es ist von einer Nutzfläche (NUF gem. DIN 277) von 2.126 m2 (gem. Raumprogramm) auszugehen.

         Für die Maßnahmen liegt die Machbarkeitsstudie eines Architekturbüros vor. Darüber hinaus wurden statische Voruntersuchungen durchgeführt. Die Anlage befindet sich in der Innenstadt in Landshut. Die Baufläche für die Ganztagesgrundschule ist derzeit z. T. noch bebaut, auf dem Grundstück befindet sich eine Turnhalle.

         Es wird nach derzeitigem Kenntnisstand von mindestens 2 Jahren Planungszeit und mindestens 2 Jahren Ausführungszeit ausgegangen.

         Die Maßnahmen werden mit Fördermitteln des Freistaats Bayern gefördert.

         Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen (stufenweise) zu beauftragen:

         Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 4, 5 und 6, Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemäß §§ 53 ff. HOAI.

         Für den Neubau der 2-zügigen Grundschule mit Ausgabeküche sind folgende Leistungen zu vergeben:

         — Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 4 (Starkstromanlagen), 5 (Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen) und 6 (Förderanlagen), Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemäß §§ 53 ff. HOAI.

         Die Leistungsphasen werden stufenweise beauftragt.

         Zunächst werden die Leistungsphasen 1+2 (Grundlagenermittlung und Vorplanung) gemäß § 55 HOAI beauftragt.
