         Die Karl Schubert Schule Leipzig, Freie Waldorfschule e. V. plant den Neubau eines Schulgebäudes. Das Schulgebäude ist freistehend und wird 2-geschossig in Massivbauweise mit Flachdach errichtet. Die Ausführung erfolgt in Massivbauweise. Die Maximalausdehnung des Gebäudes beträgt in L x B ca. 69 x 57 m. Die Traufhöhe beträgt ca. 9,10 m. Das Gebäude wird über zwei Treppenhäuser mit gewendelten StB-Treppen erschlossen. Die lichten Raumhöhen des Gebäudes betragen im Rohbau ca. 4,30 m im EG sowie ca. 3,30 m im OG. Der Baukörper ist aufgegliedert und bewegt gestaltet. Es gibt es im Grundriss nur wenige rechtwinklige Situationen. Das Gebäude ist als Sonderbau in die Gebäudeklasse 3 nach SächsBO einzuordnen. Teilbereiche des Gebäudes gelten als Versammlungsstätte. Die termingerechte Fertigstellung des Bauvorhabens ist für die Bauherrin deshalb von besonderer Wichtigkeit, da bei jedweder Verzögerung der Inbetriebnahme kostenintensive Interimsräumlichkeiten angemietet werden müssten.
