         Kurzbeschreibung der Leistung:

         – An einem denkmalgeschützten Hörsaalgebäude (Baujahr ca. 1960) werden Umbau-, Sanierungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt. Vergeben werden Leistungen für Betonsanierungsarbeiten. Das Gebäude bekommt, in Abstimmung mit der Denkmalschutzbehörde, eine neue Fassade. An diversen Stahlbetonbauteilen, u. a. an den Konsolen in der Fassade, Wänden und Decken im Innenraum, Kellerwänden und Außentreppen, kommt es zu Betonabplatzungen und Bewehrungskorrosion.

         Die Grobmassen lauten wie folgt:

         – Ausstemmen von Schadstellen 0,1 bis 0,5 m2 = 208 St.,

         – Ausstemmen von Schadstellen 0,5 bis 1,0 m2= 10 St.,

         – Ausstemmen von Schadstellen über 1,0 m2= 10 m2,

         – Kanten stemmen bis 1,0 m= 158 St.,

         – Kanten stemmen über 1,0 m= 18 m,

         – Schadstellen Untergrund vorbereiten 0,1 bis 0,5 m2 178 St.,

         – Bewehrung strahlen Sa 2½ bis 1,0 m= 145 St.,

         – Bewehrung strahlen Sa 2½ über 1,0 m= 60 St.,

         – Korrosionsschutz Bewehrungsstahl bis 1,0 m= 145 St.,

         – Betonersatz mit PCC Grobmörtel 0,1 bis 0,5 m2= 231 St.,
