         Auf dem Grundstück des WA 1 und WA 2 entsteht eine Wohnanlage mit jeweils 2 Häusern mit einer GF von 13 700 m2 für WA 1 und 17 400 m2 für WA 2 (insges. ca. 261 Wohneinheiten, Betreutes Wohnen, 1 Haus für Kinder (Kita) und 1 Tiefgarage. Entsprechend B-Plan sind die Wohngebäude an der Grundstücksgrenze zu errichten.

         Die Hauptleistungen sind:

         Die Fassaden der Häuser sind gestalterisch in Einheiten gegliedert. Putzflächen mit unterschiedlichen Strukturen, sowie auf dem Putz applizierte Klinkerriemchen bilden die nach außen hin sichtbare Oberfläche der 4 Baukörper. Untergeordnete Flächen wie Laubengänge und Loggien erfordern die Aufbringung eines Wärmedämmverbundsystems.
