         Die Anne-Frank-Gesamtschule besteht aus einem unterkellerten viergeschossigen Schulgebäude mit einer Einfach-Turnhalle, die miteinander mit einem Durchgang verbunden sind. Die Gebäude wurden 1956 errichtet. Die 4. Etage wurde 1993 aufgestockt. Das Schulgebäude und die haustechnischen Anlagen werden energetisch saniert. Das Schulgebäude steht während der Sanierungsmaßnahme leer. Die Turnhalle, die nach derzeitigem Planungsstand nicht saniert wird, wird durchgehend von Vereinen genutzt. Zu erbringen sind folgende Leistungen: Einbau Gas- Brennwertkessels Leistungsbereich ca. 250 kW komplett mit Zubehör und Einbau eines Pellet- Heizkessels Leistungsbereich ca.150 kW komplett mit Zubehör und Pufferspeicher, Erstellen eines Pelletlagers aus OSB- Platten. Abgasanlage für den Brennwertkessel aus Kunststoff Länge ca. 7,0 Meter, Abgasanlage für den Pellet- Heizkessel aus Edelstahl Länge ca. 24,0 Meter. 1 Stück Heizungsverteiler mit 2 x 6 Abgängen einschl. Absperrventilen, Hocheffienz- Pumpen sowie Regelventilen komplett, ca. 2 420 Meter Stahlrohr nach DIN/EN 10255 in den Größen DN 10 bis DN 40 und ca. 90 Meter Stahlrohr nach DIN/EN 10220 in den Größen DN 50 bis DN 80, Rohrleitungen einschl. Form- und Verbindungsstücke, Befestigungen etc. Lieferung und Montage von ca. 194 Stück Heizkörper Ausführung als Röhrenradiatoren komplett mit Befestigungskonsolen, TH-Ventilen und Zubehör, Lieferung und Montage einer Gasleitung DN 25, Länge ca. 24 Meter aus Kupferrohr einschl. Zubehör, Wärmedämmung an den vorgenannten Rohrleitungen aus Alukaschierter Mineralwolle zum Teil mit Blechmantel- Isolierung einschl. Brand- und Rauchschutzmaßnahmen.
