                        Sofern sich ein am Auftrag interessiertes Unternehmen durch Nichtbeachtung von Vergabevorschriften in seinen Rechten verletzt sieht, ist gem. § 160 Absatz 3 Nr. 1 GWB der Verstoß gegen Vergabevorschriften innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen gegenüber dem Auftraggeber zu rügen.

                        Hilft der Auftraggeber der Rüge nicht ab, kann gem. § 160 Absatz 3 Nr. 4 GWB innerhalb von 15 Tagen nach Eingang der Mitteilung des Auftraggebers Antrag auf Nachprüfung bei der Vergabekammer gestellt werden.
