        Sanierung/ Modernisierung der technischen Infrastruktur in der Neuen Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, Sterlingbau, Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 28-32, 70173 Stuttgart. Beauftragt werden Ingenieurleistungen nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 2 HOAI 2013, Leistungsphasen 2,3 und 5-9. sowie die Besonderen Leistungen der Leistungsphase 8 und 9 für die KG 410 und 420. Die geschätzten anteiligen Gesamtbaukosten belaufen sich auf 650 000 EUR brutto. Die Aufteilung erfolgt in 2 Fachlose: Erneuerung der Heizungsversorgung. Neuaufbau der Anlagenhydraulik mit Wärmetauscher zur Netztrennung zum Fernwärmekreis. Erneuerung der Versorgungspumpen. Erneuerung der Abwasserleitungen und der Trinkwasserleitungen nach derzeitigem Stand der Technik. Trennung der Feuerlöschtrassen vom Trinkwassernetz. Sanierung der Toilettenanlagen. Erneuerung der Lufttechnischen Anlagen soweit erforderlich. Erneuerung der Kalt- und Warmwasser Wärmetauscher, Erneuerung der Luftbefeuchtung und Ventilatoren. Überarbeitung der Trassenführung und Einbau von neuen BSK. Einbau von Volumenstromreglern im Kanalnetz. Die RLT Anlage ist dahingehend zu ertüchtigen, dass eine BaOpt Regelung (Climotion) eingesetzt werden kann. Ersatz der vorhandenen offenen Rückkühlwerke durch eine zeitgemäße Lösung.
