Der Hauptbestandteil der zu erbringenden Leistung: – 24 verglaste Oberlichter als NRAs (Ballettsäle) mit Neigung 2°, – 4 verglaste begehbare Oberlichter mit Neugung mit Neigung 0°, – 1 NRA-Klappe Probebühne, opake Flügel, zweiflügelig, – 4 opake NRA-Klappen für Treppenhäuser mit Neigung 2°, – 1 opaker Dachausstieg mit Neigung 2°. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von „instandhaltungsleistungen“ Gegenstand des Verfahrens. Bieter sowie deren Nach- und Verleihunternehmer haben mit Angebotsabgabe die einschlägigen Verpflichtungserklärungen nach § 5 LTMG, einsehbar unter „https://rp.baden-wuerttemberg.de/Themen/Wirtschaft/Tariftreue/Seiten/Mustererklaerungen.aspx“, abzugeben.
