         Investive und nichtinvestive Maßnahmen im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, die zu einer Erhöhung der Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit führen. Mit konkret aufeinander abgestimmten Maßnahmen und mit einer transparenten Messtechnik soll ein dauerhaft wirtschaftlicher Betrieb für alle gebäudetechnischen Einrichtungen möglichst kurzfristig erreicht und dann langfristig sichergestellt werden. Die vorhandene Anlagentechnik soll deshalb mit einem ganzheitlichen und übergreifenden bzw. ineinandergreifenden Ansatz betrachtet werden. Insbesondere soll mit dieser Verfahrensweise und einem entsprechenden Projektablauf ein genau abgestimmtes Zusammenwirken von Gebäudetechnik und Gebäudeleittechnik erreicht und gewährleistet werden. Weiterhin wird eine direkt mess- und prüfbare Reduzierung der Betriebskosten und Energiekosten (Energieverbrauch) erwartet.

         Es wurden Fördermittel über das Programm „Sachsen-Anhalt Energie“ beantragt und bewilligt. Die Richtlinien des Fördermittelprogrammes sind einzuhalten.
