         Für die in diesem Leistungsverzeichnis beschriebenen Dachdecker- und Klempnerarbeiten ist ein ca. 50 m2 großer Flachdachstreifen zu erneuern mit Mineralwoll-Dämmung und bituminöser Abdichtung, Verkleidung der Staffelgeschosse mit ca. 480 m2 Zinkblechverkleidung in Winkelstehfalzdeckung, Montage von ca. 135 m Außenfensterbänken aus Zinkblech im Bereich der Zinkblechfassaden. Weiterhin ist ca. 530 m abgestufte Attika fassadenaußenbündig aufzudoppeln und mit mehrteiligen, höhen- und neigungsverstellbaren Dachrandabschlussprofilen aus Aluminium zu versehen, Erneuerung von Dacheinläufen und Einbau von Entlüftungen. Es ist ein ca. 40m langes wandseitiges Sicherungs-Seilsystems anzubringen. Die angebotenen Fabrikate sind in die Fabrikatsliste einzutragen.
