         Die Anne-Frank-Gesamtschule besteht aus einem unterkellerten viergeschossigen Schulgebäude mit einer Einfach-Turnhalle, die miteinander mit einem Durchgang verbunden sind. Die Gebäude wurden 1956 errichtet. Die 4. Etage wurde 1993 aufgestockt. Das Schulgebäude und die haustechnischen Anlagen werden energetisch saniert. Die Dachflächen wurden größtenteils bereits im Herbst 2017 bis Winter 2018 gedämmt und neu abgedichtet. Das Schulgebäude steht während der Sanierungsmaßnahme leer. Die Turnhalle, die nach derzeitigem Planungsstand nicht saniert wird, wird durchgehend von Vereinen genutzt. Zu erbringen sind folgende Leistungen: Aufbringen von rd. 2 215 qm Wärmedämmverbundsystem mit Mineralwolledämmung und rd. 390 qm WDVS mit Hartschaum im Bereich des Untergeschosses bzw. Lichtschächte etc., mit Scheibenputz, Einbau von ca. 482 m WDVS-Systemkästen für den Einbau äußerer Sonnenschutz-Raffstoreanlagen, Einbau von ca. 419 m Außenfensterbänken aus Aluminium mit Kopfstücken/Profileinfassungen, anthrazit pulverbeschichtet, Außenanstrich von rd. 2 605 m2 Wärmedämmverbundsystem.
