        Gewobag Wohnbau-Aktiengesellschaft Berlin,

        Gewobag WB Wohnen in Berlin,

        Gewobag PB Wohnen in Prenzlauer Berg GmbH,

        Stadt und Land Wohnbauten-Gesellschaft mbH.

        Die vorangegangenen Unternehmen sowie deren Tochterunternehmen führen die Ausschreibung gemeinsam durch. Die Vergabe der Lose 1 und 2 erfolgt an einen Wirtschaftsteilnehmer. Die Vertragsschließung erfolgt jedoch durch jede der vorgenannten Gesellschaften eigenständig.
