        Der DAAD schreibt die redaktionellen, gestalterischen und verlegerischen Leistungen seines Alumni-Magazins„LETTER“ und der GATE-Germany-Publikationsreihe „Länderprofile“ aus. Weitere Veröffentlichungen könnenaus dem Rahmenvertrag abgerufen werden. Hierzu gehören insbesondere die folgenden Leistungen undAufgaben:

        Redaktionelle und verlegerische Leistungen

        — Umsetzung der bestehenden Magazine als Print-Produkte,

        — Redaktionelle Betreuung,

        — Satz und Layout,

        — Konzept der einzelnen Ausgaben nach Themenvorgabe des Auftraggebers,

        — Texterstellung, Redaktion, Lektorat und Korrektorat sowie Beauftragung externer Autoren und Einkauf vonTexten,

        — Abstimmung der Texte mit dem Auftraggeber und Freigabe derselben,

        — Bildrecherche und -bearbeitung, Bildeinkauf,

        — Satzarbeiten innerhalb eines bestehenden Layouts und grafische Weiterentwicklungen,

        — Vorbereitung der „LETTER“-Beiratssitzung,

        — Erstellung von Druckdateien, Übermittlung an Druckereien und Druckabnahme (farbverbindlicher Proof),

        — Vertriebsvorbereitung und -Überwachung inkl. Adresspflege,

        — Entwicklung und Umsetzung digitaler Ergänzungsprodukte.

        Der DAAD schreibt die redaktionellen und gestalterischen Leistungen für diverse Publikationen und Onlinetextefür die Kampagne „Research in Germany – Land of Ideas“ als auch die Deutschen Wissenschafts- undInnovationshäuser (DWIH) aus. Hierzu gehören insbesondere die folgenden Leistungen und Aufgaben:

        Redaktionelle und gestalterische Leistungen

        — Konzeption verschiedener Produkte nach Vorgaben des Auftraggebers,

        — Texterstellung sowie Aktualisierung bestehender Texte,

        — Lektorat und Korrektorat,

        — Übersetzung Deutsch > Englisch,

        — Abstimmung von Texten und Bildern mit Dritten/Externen,

        — Satz und Layout,

        — Bildrecherche und -bearbeitung, Bildeinkauf,

            Der öffentliche Auftraggeber weist darauf hin, dass gemäß § 160 Abs. 3 Satz 1 GWB ein Nachprüfungsantragvor der o.g. Vergabekammer unzulässig ist, soweit

            1) der Antragsteller den geltend gemachten Verstoß gegen Vergabevorschriften vor Einreichen des Nachprüfungsantrags erkannt und gegenüber dem Auftraggeber nicht innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen gerügt hat; der Ablauf der Frist nach § 134 Absatz 2 bleibt unberührt,

            2) Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung erkennbar sind, nicht spätestens bis zum Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung benannten Frist zur Bewerbung oder zur Angebotsabgabe gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden,

            3) Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die erst in den Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, nicht spätestens bis zum Ablauf der Frist zur Bewerbung oder zur Angebotsabgabe gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden,

            4) mehr als 15 Kalendertage nach Eingang der Mitteilung des Auftraggebers, einer Rüge nicht abhelfen zu wollen, vergangen sind.

            Auf die prozessualen Vorschriften der §§ 160 ff. GWB wird außerdem hingewiesen.
