         Gegenstand der Rahmenvereinbarung ist die Übernahme und Durchführung von Projektträgeraufgaben (Bekanntmachungen und sonstigen Modell- und Demonstrationsvorhaben) im Rahmen des Bundesprogramms Ländliche Entwicklung (BULE). Dies umfasst das erforderliche operative Projekt- und Finanzmanagement, inkl. der fachlichen und administrativen Abwicklung von Modell- und Demonstrationsvorhaben bis hin zur Verwendungsnachweisprüfung und Kontrolle der geförderten Vorhaben und Maßnahmen. Hierin eingeschlossen sind auch die Betreuung und Abwicklung von Vorhaben und Maßnahmen, die bereits zuvor durch den Auftraggeber beschieden wurden. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt alle fachlichen, haushalterischen und administrativen Aufgaben. Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird mit zwei Auftragnehmern abgeschlossen.
