         Das Haus 2 der Unternehemenszentrale der Berliner Wasserbetriebe muss auf Grund diverser Mängel brandschutztechnisch saniert werden. Das Gebäude besteht aus 7 Etagen und 2 Untergeschosse. Es wird hauptsächlich als Bürogebäude genutzt. Von der Sanierung sind neben dem baulichen auch der anlagentechnische Brandschutz betroffen. Es sollen die vorhanden Brandmelde/- Sprachalarmierungsanlage demontiert und durch eine neue Anlage ersetzt werden. Neben dem Austausch der Zentralen, der Melder und der Lautsprecher ist auch die Installation normgerecht zu erneuern. Die Brandmeldetechnik muss kompatibel zu den im Haus 1 und 3 verbauten Brandmeldeanlagen Esser Flex Es sein, da sie mit diesen vernetzt wird. Alle Zustände und Meldungen der neuen Anlage werden auf einem vorhandenen Gefahrenmanagementsystem Winmag angezeigt. Als Bauzeit sind 2 Jahre angesetzt. Für den Sanierungszeitraum wird das Gebäude leergezogen. Die Installation der Brandmeldeanlage umfasst ca. 14 Rauchansaugsystemen, 450 autom. Rauchmelder und 80 Handfeuermelder sowie den Aufbau einer neuen Brandmeldezentrale und deren Vernetzung mit bestehenden Zentralen in den Nachbarhäusern. Die Sprachalarmierung ist ebenfalls zu demontieren und zu erneuern. Dies beinhalten die Installation von ca. 1 000 Wand- und Deckenlautsprechern inkl. einer neuen Zentrale. Beide Anlagen sind baurechtlich gefordert und entsprechend normgerecht zu errichten.
