Die Ausführung sämtlicher Holzrahmenbauteile (Wand-, Decken- und Dachtafeln) erfolgt gemäß DIN 1052:2008-12, Entwurf, Berechnung und Bemessung von Holzbauwerken – Allgemeine Bemessungsregeln für den Hochbau. Sämtliche Vollholzbauteile müssen die Anforderungen gemäß Abs. 3.3.1 der ATV DIN 18 334 (VOB/C, Zimmer- und Holzbauarbeiten) an Bauschnittholz erfüllen. Rückbau der kompletten Dachabdichtung einschl. der Attikaabdeckung und Verkleidungen zur Dachseite über OG.1 bzw. im Bereich der zukünftigen Aufstockung.
