         Stufe 1 – Ausbau aller Installationen und Einbauten sowie Boden- und Wandbeläge (Linoleum/PVC-Beläge und Fliesen)

         Stufe 2 – Abbruch aller nichttragenden Wände, Unter-Decken, Trennelementen und Verkleidungen einschl. aller Schadstoffausbauten

         Stufe 3 – konstruktiver Abbruch
