         Im Rahmen der ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten sind in den Campbell Barracks in Heidelberg insgesamt 1 Gebäudeanbau von einem denkmalgeschützten Bestandsgebäude (Gebäude 31) abzutrennen und rückzubauen (Anbau: BRI rd. 3 400 m3) sowie alle dabei anfallenden Anlagen und Materialien zu entsorgen. Das denkmalgeschützte Bestandsgebäude (Grundfläche rd. 3 600 m2) ist zu entkernen und zu sanieren, u. a.: Abbruch und Ausbau von Wänden (rd. 560 m3 mit rd. 280 m horizontalen und rd. 350 m vertikalen Anschlüssen) Decken, Zwischengeschoss, Bodenbeläge und Kleberreste Haustechnik in den Innenräumen mit allen Leitungen und Rohren Heizungsanlage sowie Rohrleitungen im Keller, Rohrleitungen in Heiz- und Kriechgängen Türen mit Rahmen Sanierungsarbeiten (Teerkorkisolierung in ehem. Kühlräumen rd. 300 m2) inkl Entsorgung aller anfallenden Materialien.

Die vorhandene Gebäudestruktur soll hierbei erhalten werden, lediglich der bestehende Vorbau sowie einige nicht tragende Wände und verschiedene abgehängte Decken sollen entfernt werden.
