         In der Baumaßnahme Neubau von Depots und Werkstätten für das Landesamt für Kultur und Denkmalpflege und das Staatliche Museum Schwerin wird eine Heizungsanlage installiert. Das Gebäude wird über eine Fernwärmestation 365 kW an das örtliche Fernwärmenetz angeschlossen. Von der Fernwärmeübergabe ausgehend wird die Wärme auf fünf Heizkreise mit einer Vorlauftemperatur und Rücklauftemperaturen von 35-45 C aufgeteilt. Jeder Kreis wird mit einer differenzdruckgeregelten Hocheffizienzpumpe ausgestattet. Die Wärmeverteilung im Gebäude erfolgt mittels c-Stahlrohren (ca. 5 000 m) hin zu den statischen Heizflächen (134 St.), den Heizregistern der Lüftungsgeräte und den Umluftkonvektoren. Stränge werden mit Strangregulierventilen ausgestattet. Lüftungsanlagen zur Raumklimatisierung werden mit Dampfbefeuchter ausgestattet.
