         Das Diakonie-Klinikum Schwäbisch Hall gGmbH plant den Neubau eines 1.Bauabschnittes. Dieser verfügt über eine Fläche von ca. 28 000 m2 BGF sowie über einen BRI von ca. 119 000 m3.

         Das Bauvorhaben umfasst Bettenstationen mit 335 Betten, öffentliche Bereiche wie Haupteingang und Cafeteria, Untersuchungs- und Behandlungsbereiche sowie die gesamte Ver- und Entsorgung (Lager, Apotheke, Pathologie und Prosektur, Labor, Speisenversorgung, Umkleiden, Wäscheversorgung etc).

         Bestandteil dieses LVs sind die:

         Malerarbeiten:

         2 800 m2 Anstrich NAK 2 auf Beton;

         41 500 m2 Malervlies und Anstrich NAK 2 auf Gipskarton;

         5 000 m2 Anstrich NAK 2 auf Sichtputzflächen;

         3 800 m2 Lackierung Absturzsicherungen

         5 380 m Lackierung Stahl-Türzargen
