         Das Bauvorhaben umfasst Bettenstationen mit 335 Betten, öffentliche Bereiche wie Haupteingang und Cafeteria, Untersuchungs- und Behandlungsbereiche sowie die gesamte Ver- und Entsorgung (Lager, Apotheke, Pathologie und Prosektur, Labor, Speisenversorgung, Umkleiden, Wäscheversorgung etc).

         Bestandteil dieses LVs sind die Außenanlagen:

         ca. 13 m Beton-Kastenrinne;

         ca. 16 m Stahlbetonschlitzrinne;

         ca. 70 m Entwässerungsleitung;

         ca. 30 m Mauerscheiben, Höhe 80 – 230 cm;

         ca. 30 m Aufbetonage bestehender Lichtschächte;

         ca.1.100 m2 Asphaltbelag;

         ca. 230 m2 Betonpflaster;

         ca. 90 m2 Betonfläche;

         ca. 800 m2 Betonplatten auf unterbauten Dachflächen;

         ca. 280 m2 begrünter Innenhof (teilunterbaut);
