         Das Schulgebäude beherbergt die Grundschule der Gemeinde Planegg. Das dreigliedrige Schulgebäude das in 3 – 4 Schritten erbaut worden war, wird in einer Generalinstandsetzung saniert.

         Das Schulgebäude soll in seiner Außenwirkung weitestgehend unverändert bleiben.

         Im Rahmen der Generalinstandsetzung wird das Gebäude teilweise entkernt und die Schadstoffe sachgerecht entfernt. Die Grundsätzliche Nutzung soll auch in Zukunft erhalten bleiben. Die Umstrukturierung der Räume dient der Verbesserung der organisatorischen Mängel und der Anpassung an heutige Anforderungen. Ein Aufzug im Hauptgebäude soll den barrierefreien Zugang zum Gebäude und zu den wesentlichen Geschossen ermöglichen.

         Die im Norden angrenzende erdgeschossige Turnhalle wird aufgrund grober struktureller Mängel einem Ersatzneubau weichen, der ebenfalls im Rahmen der Baumaßnahme erstellt werden wird. Die Turnhalle wird als Versammlungsstätte ausgelegt, um auch Veranstaltungen mit externen Nutzern jederzeit problemlos durchführen zu können.

         Die Maßnahme erfolgt bei laufendem Betrieb in 3 Bauabschnitten und soll im Sommer 2017 mit der

         Sanierung des Bereiches VHS und dem Turnhallenneubau begonnen werden.

         Es ist zu berücksichtigen, dass während der gesamten Bauphase der Schul- und Kindergartenbetrieb in den angrenzenden Gebäuden weiter läuft.

         Abbrucharbeiten und Schadstoffsanierung im Inneren des bestehenden Schulgebäudes.

         Der Abbruch ist im Inneren eines bestehenden Gebäudes vorzunehmen.

         Folgende Bauteile sind im Wesentlichen zu entfernen:

         — Deckenbekleidungen,

         — Türen,

         — Trockenbauwände und Verkleidungen,

         — Sanitäre Anlagen,

         — technische Gebäudeausrüstung Heizung, Sanitär und Elektroanlagen,

         — Durchbrüche,

         — einzelne Deckenfelder.

         Auszubauende Schadstoffe sind im Wesentlichen KMF und Asbest

         BRI:
