         Das Diakonie-Klinikum Schwäbisch Hall gGmbH plant den Neubau eines 1.Bauabschnittes. Dieser verfügt über eine Fläche von ca. 28.000 m2 BGF sowie über einen BRI von ca. 119.000 m3.

         Das Bauvorhaben umfasst Bettenstationen mit 335 Betten, öffentliche Bereiche wie Haupteingang und Cafeteria, Untersuchungs- und Behandlungsbereiche sowie die gesamte Ver- und Entsorgung (Lager,Apotheke,Pathologie und Prosektur, Labor,Speisenversorgung, Umkleiden,Wäscheversorgung etc).

         Bestandteil dieses LVs sind die:

         — Teil-Produktionsküche für ca. 800 Essen,
