Der Neubau des Wirtschaftsgebäudes Haus 35 wird aus betrieblichen Gründen in 2 Bauabschnitten ausgeführt. Der erste Bauabschnitt bestehend aus Lagerräumen und überdachtem Ladehof ist bereits ausgeführt und in Betrieb. Das vorliegende Leistungsverzeichnis bezieht sich primär auf den zweiten Teil des Neubaus, bestehend aus den folgenden Bauteilen:

         — Kantinengebäude,
