      III.1.1) Geforderte Kautionen und Sicherheiten: Als Sicherheit für die Vertragserfüllung wird eine Bürgschaft in Höhe von 10 % und als Sicherheit für die Gewährleistung in Höhe von 5 % der Auftragssumme verlangt.

      III.1.2) Wesentliche Finanzierungs- und Zahlungsbedingungen bzw. Verweis auf die maßgeblichen Vorschriften: Es gelten folgende Zahlungsbedingungen: Ansprüche auf Abschlagszahlungen werden innerhalb von 21 Tagen fällig; Ansprüche auf Schlusszahlungen werden, aufgrund des baulichen Umfangs der Maßnahme, innerhalb von 60 Tagen fällig.
