Der Laser muss u. a. eine Pulsrepetitionsrate von 100 kHz, eine Pulsenergie von mind. 0,5 mJ und eine Pulsdauer von max. 4 optischen Zyklen (bis zu 10 optische Zyklen bei 0,75 mJ Pulsenergie) bei einer Zentralwellenlänge größer 800 nm aufweisen.
