         Überprüfung des vorliegenden Monitoring- und Risikomanagementkonzeptes, ob sämtliche LBP-Maßnahmen bzw. Arten/Artvorkommen, für die ein Monitoring erforderlich ist, beinhaltet sind. Art- und maßnahmenbezogene Festlegung, ob ein maßnahmenbezogenes oder maßnahmenbezogenes und populationsbezogenes Monitoring erforderlich ist. Art- und maßnahmenbezogene Erstellung von Zielkriterien und Zielwerten für die Beurteilung der Wirksamkeit (Soll) der Kompensationsmaßnahmen. Festlegung des Erfassungszeitraums und der Kartiermethode des populationsbezogenen Monitorings, art- und maßnahmenspezifisch. Erarbeitung von möglichen Korrektur- und Vorsorgemaßnahmen Kostenschätzung für die Umsetzung des Monitorings und Risikomanagements.
