         Die Hansestadt Stralsund plant die Sanierung der „Sport-und Trainingsanlage an der Kupfermühle“ in der

         Hansestadt Stralsund, Grundstück „An der Kupfermühle 5b“ in der Tribseer Vorstadt. Diese soll zu einer

         multifunktionalen und zukunftsorientierten Sportanlage mit einer wettkampfgerechten Leichtathletikanlege,

         einem Fußballgroßspielfeld, einem multifunktionalen Kleinspielfeld, einem Laufpfad, einem Mehrzweckspielfeld,

         einem Funktionsgebäude (nicht Bestandteil des Verfahrens) sowie einer Tribünenanlage mit ca. 880 Plätzen

         (nicht Bestandteil des Verfahrens) entwickelt werden. Die überplante Fläche beträgt ca. 33 705 m2. Es liegen

         Unterlagen der Planungsphasen 1-3 vor. Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Freiraumplanung nach HOAI

         2013 Teil 3 § 39, Freianlagen, Leistungsphasen 4-9; Planungsleistung für Ingenieurbauwerke nach HOAI 2013

         Teil 3 § 41, Leistungsphasen 4-9 inklusive örtliche Bauüberwachung; Planungsleistung für den Abbruch von

         Gebäuden und baulichen Anlagen sowie Planungsleistungen für die technische Ausrüstung Starkstromanlagen

         nach HOAI § 55, Leistungsphasen 4-8. Die weitere Planung erfolgt auf der Grundlage der abgestimmten

         Entwurfsunterlage. Die Kostenobergrenze für die Bruttobaukosten KG 200 und 500 beträgt ca. 4 100 000 EUR

         und darf nicht überschritten werden. Die Umsetzung der Bauleistungen soll in mehreren Bauabschnitten erfolgen.

         Ein Antragsteller hat einen von ihm festgestellten Verstoß gegen die Vergabevorschriften nach Erkennen unverzüglich zu rügen. Lehnt die Vergabestelle es ab, der Rüge abzuhelfen, so muss der Antragsteller innerhalb von 15 Kalendertagen nach Eingang der Mitteilung des Auftraggebers, dieser Rüge nicht abzuhelfen, den Antrag auf die Einleitung eines Vergabenachprüfungsverfahrens stellen (vgl. § 107 GWB).
