         Die hier vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst:

         BPM Ceramics and Chassis (dt. BPM Keramik und Gehäuse).

         Der mechanische Aufbau besteht aus einem präzise gefertigten, segmentierten Al-2O3 Rohr mit aufgelöteten Titanringen, einem Adapterflansch mit CF200 Anschlüssen und einem umgebenden Edelstahlrohr. Das Al-2O3 Rohr wird auf der inneren Seite mit Metall beschichtet. Die Form der Elektroden ist aus dem beschichteten Material mittels Sandstrahlverfahren auszuschneiden. Alle Teile sind mit sehr hoher mechanischer Präzision zu fertigen. Die Titanringe werden im Vakuumofen genau positioniert und gelötet. Die gesamte Mechanik muss UHV tauglich hergestellt werden.
