         Neubau einer Wohnanlage in der Carl-Wery-Straße mit ca. 438 WE in den verschiedenen Modellengeförderter Mietwohnungen und einer Kinderkrippe, aufgeteilt in zwei Bauabschnitten WA 1 und WA 2 und die dazugehörigen Infrastruktureinrichtungen.

         Im BA – WA 1 sollen insgesamt 80 WE im Fördermodell KMB, 18 WE im Fördermodell München-Modell-Miete,30 WE im Fördermodell EOF, 38 WE im Fördermodell KomPro/B sowie eine Kinderkrippe mit vier Gruppenentstehen.

         Im BA – WA 2 entstehen 156 WE im Fördermodell KMB, 56 WE im Fördermodell München-Modell-Miete, sowie 60 WE im Fördermodell EOF.

         Für beide Bauabschnitte wird jeweils eine Tiefgarage mit insgesamt 278 Stellplätzen errichtet.

         Die Maßnahme umfasst laut Bebauungsplan insgesamt ca. 39 446 m2 Geschossfläche und einer Wohnfläche von ca. 27 935 m2.

         Sieht sich ein am Auftrag interessiertes Unternehmen durch die Nichtbeachtung von Vergabevorschriften in seinen Rechten verletzt, ist der Verstoß innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen gegenüber dem Auftraggeber zu rügen (§160 Abs. 3 Nr. 1 GWB). Verstöße, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung oder der Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, müssen spätestens bis zu der in der Bekanntmachung genannten Frist zur Bewerbung oder zur Angebotsabgabe gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden (§ 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 2 und 3 GWB).
