Es werden 55 komplett barrierefreie Wohnungen zur Nutzung für ältere Menschen, eine Tagespflegeeinrichtung für ältere, kranke und behinderte Menschen, sowie ein Stadtteiltreff mit Quartiersmanagerbüro errichtet. Das Spital besteht aus 3 Gebäudeteilen mit unterschiedlichen Größen und hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 1 100 m2.
