         Umgestaltung des Kapellenplatzes mit den begleitenden Plätzen Johannes-Stalenus-Platz und Luxemburger Platz in Kevelaer – Planung der Freianlagen gemäß §§ 38 HOAI ff. in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3.

         Im Rahmen eines Integrierten städtebaulichen Handlungskonzeptes sind umfangreiche Umgestaltungsmaßnahmen im Innenstadtbereich der Stadt Kevelaer vorgesehen. Für das Jahr 2019 und folgende sind Umbaumaßnahmen im Bereich des Kapellenplatzes, des Johannes-Stalenus-Platzes sowie des Luxemburger Platzes vorgesehen. Da die Plätze ein Ensemble um das religiöse Zentrum der Kevelaerer Wallfahrtsstätten bilden und gestalterisch als zusammengehörig zu betrachten sind, soll der gesamte Bereich bei der anstehenden Gestaltungsplanung einbezogen werden, auch wenn es sich um fördertechnisch unabhängige Teilmaßnahmen handelt.
