         Die Wohnhäuser befinden sich in Potsdam, im Wohngebiet Drewitz. Die Gebäude sollen instand gesetzt und modernisiert werden. Die Objekte sind teilbewohnt. In den bewohnten Wohnungen sollen Strangsanierungen durchgeführt werden. Es wurde in der Plattenbauweise des industriellen Wohnungsbaues als WBS 70, 3. Etappe errichtet (Baujahr 1988). Das Gebäude hat einen rechteckigen Grundriss. Es ist von den seitlichen Nachbargebäuden durch Doppelwandstellungen an den Giebeln getrennt. Die Treppenhäuser sind straßenseitig angeordnet, hofseitig sind ebenfalls Zugänge, welche über eine Stahlbetontreppe und einen Vorraum im Erdgeschoss erreichbar sind. Alle Wohnungen sind mit einem Balkon ausgestattet und verfügen über innen liegende Bäder.
