         Im Bauabschnitt III der Instandsetzungsmaßnehmen wird der Altbau des Zentralschulhauses generalinstandgesetzt.

         Dies erfolgt wiederum in 3 Unterabschnitten mit nachfolgenden Maßnahmen:

         Bauabschnitt A: Abbruch und Sanierungsarbeiten in 2/3 des Untergeschosses, Herrichten von 3 Räumen für die Wiederaufnahme des Unterrichts im Ostflügel, das restliche Untergeschoss bleibt Baustellenbereich; vorgezogener Einbau des neuen Aufzugs mit Technikschacht in allen Geschossen des Altbaus. Dieser Abschnitt wurde bereits fertig gestellt.

         Bauabschnitt B: Generalinstandsetzung der Osthälfte des Altbaus vom Erdgeschoss bis zum 3.Obergeschoss. Fortsetzung der Arbeiten im Untergeschoss.

         Bauabschnitt C: Generalinstandsetzung der Westhälfte des Altbaus vom Untergeschoss bis zum 3.Obergeschoss, Fertigstellung des Untergeschosses.

         Arbeiten an Dach und Fassade erfolgen abschnittsübergreifend während Abschnitt B und C.
