         Das Land Hessen modernisiert den DMS-Einsatz. Zur Optimierung der elektronischen Verwaltungsarbeit

         ist die flächendeckende Einführung der E-Aktenführung inklusive Vorgangsbearbeitung in der Hess.

         Landesverwaltung vorgesehen. Sie soll 2018 bis 2024 an ca. 24 600 potentiellen Büroarbeitsplätzen sowie an weiteren ca. 13 600 Arbeitsplätzen erfolgen für die eine E-Akte-Nutzung i. R. von Fachanwendungen in Betracht kommt. Neben der hier nicht gegenständlichen Beschaffung eines DMS-Produktes bedarf das Land zur Projektunterstützung Projektmanagement-, Beratungs- und Entwicklungsleistungen auf der Grundlage einer Rahmenvereinbarung. Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags werden u. a. feste Projektrollen für Gesamtprojektleitung, Kommunikations-/Akzeptanzmgt., Organisations-/Changemgt., Lösungs-Architektur und PMO-Assistenz sein sowie weitere Unterstützungsleistung für die organisatorisch u. technisch orientierte Umsetzung des landesweiten Roll-Outs sowie für die Weiterentwicklung des DMS.
