         Die Siedlung Brauhausberg befindet sich am südlichen Stadtzentrum von Potsdam. Im Besitz der ProPotsdam befinden sich 6 Wohngebäude mit insgesamt drei großen Innenhöfen. Die Pro Potsdam GmbH beabsichtigt, die Gebäude der Siedlung Brauhausberg 25-35, Albert-Einstein-Straße 10-24 in 14473 Potsdam zu sanieren.

         Die Gebäude verfügen über 3-4 Wohngeschosse und ein Dachgeschoss. Im Kellergeschoss befinden sich Abstellräume und die insgesamt sechs neuen Technikzentralen. Es entstehen insgesamt 143 Wohneinheiten. Die Sanierung erfolgt in 6 Bauabschnitten. Zum Zeitpunkt der jeweiligen Bauabschnitte sind die betreffenden Wohnungen freigezogen.

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Die ProPotsdam verfügt über eine Gebäudeleittechnik. Die zentralen haustechnischen Anlagen der Liegenschaften (Heizung, RLT und WW) sollen fernüberwacht, Störmeldungen von Einzelanlagen, wie z. B. von Hebeanlagen und Dachventilatoren, fernerfasst werden. Gleiches gilt für die zentralen Zähleinrichtungen primär- und sekundärseitig (Wärmemengenzähler. Gas- und Stromzähler, Wasserzähler). Hierzu sollen die 4 neuen Technikzentralen mit einem Festnetz-Internet-Anschluss ausgerüstet werden. Um die Sicherheit der Daten beim Fernzugriff auf die übergeordnete Leitzentrale und bei der Datenübertragung zwischen Automations- und Management zu gewährleisten, ist grundsätzlich die verschlüsselte VPN-Verbindung zu realisieren.
