         Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine Wohnanlage aus den 1930er Jahren. Nach erfolgter Modernisierung und Instandsetzung sollen sich 58 moderne Wohneinheiten auf die 6 Aufgänge verteilen. Die geplanten Modernisierungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen

         erfolgen im unbewohnten Zustand. Die als Blockrandbebauung errichteten Gebäude befinden sich im Stadtteil Potsdam-Babelsberg,

         in der Nähe des Filmparks Babelsberg. Die Häuser in der Großbeerenstraße 155 / 157 besitzen 4 Vollgeschosse zzgl. Dachgeschoss; die Häuser in der Grünstraße 2, 4, 6 und 8

         weisen insgesamt 3 Vollgeschosse zzgl. Dachgeschoss auf. Die Gebäude wurden in zeittypischer Massiv- und Mischbauweise mit

         einer Satteldachkonstruktion errichtet.

         Ausführungsbeginn: Oktober 2017

         Vollendung der Ausführung: Juni 2019

         Das Bauvorhaben ist in zwei Baubaschnitteunterteilt:

         Baubaschnitt 1: Großbeerenstraße 155 / 157 (18 Wohnungen)

         Sanitärtechnik:

         Im Rahmen der umfassenden Gebäudesanierung wird die komplette Sanitärinstallation, einschließlich aller Bäder und Küchen, erneuert. Die vorhandenen Sanitärinstallationen werden komplett demontiert. Es werden insgesamt ca. 17 Sanitärstränge, an denen 58

         Wohneinheiten angeschlossen sind, realisiert. Es wird in jedem Bad ein wandhängendes WC mit Unterputzspülkasten, Waschtisch, Dusche mit Einhebelmischarmaturen angeordnet. Die einzelnen Verbraucher werden aus der Installationswand angeschlossen. Die

         horizontale Trinkwasserinstallation erfolgt in Edelstahlrohr. Wärmeführende Steigleitungen werden ebenfalls in Edelstahl mit

         Inliner-Zirkulation ausgeführt. Der zu errichtende Hausanschluss für Trinkwasser zur Versorgung der Großbeerenstraße 155 / 157 und

         Grünstraße 2 -8 befindet sich in der Großbeerenstraße 155. Die neuinstallierten Fallleitungen für Schmutzwasser aus schallgedämmten Verbundrohr werden im Keller gesammelt und an die Grundleitungen der jeweiligen Gebäudeteile a.
