         Das Zentrum für Wirkstoffforschung und funktionelle Genomik ist als Forschungsplattform geplant. Es ist beabsichtigt einen 4-geschossigen, unterkellerten Baukörper mit ca. 4 400 m² HNF und ca. 9 400 m² BGF zu errichten. Neben ca. 1 000 m² Büro- und Seminarraumflächen werden ca. 3 200 m² Laborfläche mit S1- und S2-Standard (Chemielabore, Mikrobiologie, biologische Labore, biotechnische Bereiche) benötigt sowie dazugehörige Lagerräume.

         Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Raumlufttechnische Anlage für den Neubau eines 4-geschossigen Labor- und Bürogebäudes, Gebäude B2 in Braunschweig. Erstellung mehrerer Lüftungsanlagen zur Be- und Entlüftung sowie Klimatisierung, teilweise in Ex-Schutz Ausführung.
