         Aufgabe ist der Neubau eines Schulgebäudes mit Hort und Sporthalle (22 m x 45 m) gem. DIN 18032 sowie die Sport- und Freianlagen auf dem Grundstück Graf-von-Schwerin-Straße / Fritz-von-der-Lancken-Straße (Flurstücke 1340, 1357, 1296 und 1300, Flur 1, Gemarkung Potsdam) im Bornstedter Feld, 14469 Potsdam. Die Grundstücksfläche gesamt beträgt 12 804 m².

         Zur Lösung der architektonischen Aufgabe wurde ein Architekturwettbewerb ausgelobt. Die Gebäudelösung des 1. Preisträgers ist umzusetzen.

         Gegenstand des Auftrages sind die Leistungen der Elektroplanung für die Kostengruppe 440, 450 und 460. Die Beauftragung erfolgt in Anlehnung an die Leistungsbilder und Leistungsphasen nach der HOAI im Sinne der Leistungsphasen 2 bis 9 nach § 53 HOAI 2013.

         Aufgabe ist der Neubau eines Schulgebäudes mit Hort und Sporthalle (22 m x 45 m) gem. DIN 18032 sowiedie Sport- und Freianlagen auf dem Grundstück Graf-von-Schwerin-Straße / Fritz-von-der-Lancken-Straße(Flurstücke 1340, 1357, 1296 und 1300, Flur 1, Gemarkung Potsdam) im Bornstedter Feld, 14469 Potsdam. DieGrundstücksfläche gesamt beträgt 12 804 m².

         Insgesamt sollen ca. 5 550 m² Nutzfläche (NF) geplant werden, davon ca. 3 000 m² für den Schulneubau,ca. 1 300 m² für das Hortgebäude und ca. 1 400 m² für den Sporthallenneubau. Das Neubauensemble ist infunktionaler Verbindung zu den erforderlichen Sport- und Freiflächen umzusetzen.

         Der Auftraggeber erwartet für die Elektroplanung anspruchsvolle Entwürfe, die ein nachhaltiges energie-und kosteneffizientes Gebäudekonzept umsetzen. Bereits in der frühen Leistungsphase sind Vorgaben zumenergieeffizienten und nachhaltigen Bauen zu berücksichtigen.

         Die Leistungsstufen teilen sich in Anlehnung an die gültige Fassung der HOAI wie folgt auf:

         Option 2 = Leistungsstufe 2-Leistungsphasen 5-7;

         Option 3 = Leistungsstufe 3-Leistungsphasen 8-9.
