         Das Klinikum Altmühlfranken Gunzenhausen wird erweitert und es wird eine umfangreiche

         Sanierung der beiden Bestandsbauteile A und B erfolgen. Diese findet unter der Maßgabe der

         Beibehaltung des laufenden Betriebes des Klinikums statt. Das Klinikum untergliedert sich in drei wesentliche Bereiche, Bauteil A, Bauteil B und Bauteil C im Bestand. An den bestehenden

         Bauteilen A und B sollen Erweiterungsneubauten an den Kopfenden durchgeführt werden.

         Der Bauteil C ist bereits zum Großteil fertig saniert und ist nicht Bestandteil dieses Leistungsverzeichnisses.
